Description

Darkness is the friend of lovers – and gourmets

As you can see... you can’t see anything! Even if this dinner in the dark will not feast your eyes it’s a pleasure to taste. After you’ve chosen your menu you’ll be seated by the blind waiter with instinctive sureness in a pitch-dark room. In order to help you orientate in this complete darkness, the waiter will illustrated you where to find your meal and cutlery by means of aviation terms, for example your glass is at 1 o’clock, knife at 3 o’clock and your mouth at 6 o’clock. The meals are specially prepared so that you can consume them easily in the dark and, if need be, even without using cutlery. Although this dinner can only hardly be a treat for the eyes (unless you’re equipped with a night vision device) it will be a treat for the mouth all the more. You must have seen this dinner in the dark – you’ll be astonished!

Required physical condition and age

You can enjoy this dinner the dark from 8 years on.

Duration of the adventure

Please allow at least 2 hours for the dinner. You can learn to orient yourself in complete darkness, but it takes some time.

Service

Dinner for 2 persons. Dinner in Berlin: you can choose from several different 3-course menus. A vegetarian menu is also available. 2 glasses of wine, 2 soft drinks and 2 cups of coffee are included. Dinner in Munich: Enjoy a 4-course menu, including aperitif and all drinks served along.
